Mosman retains consultants who act in accordance with the instructions of the Executive Directors.  The consultants' services are part-time and utilised on a needs basis which is regularly reviewed.

Jarrod White, Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary

Mr White is a Chartered Accountant and Director of Traverse Accountants Pty Ltd, a Corporate Advisory and Chartered Accounting Firm.  In conjunction with his Corporate Advisory roles at Traverse Mr White has been appointed Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer of several other listed entities that operate on the Australian Stock Exchange and has a strong knowledge of corporate governance and compliance.  Jarrod has also been an advisor to a wide range of capital raisings, IPO's and reverse takeover transactions and has a focus on working with growing Companies in the exploration, technology and biotech space.

Graeme K Alexander, LLB, B.App. Sc. (Geol) Consultant, NZ Legal Counsel

Graeme commenced his career as a geologist in the base metal mining and exploration industry in Australia after graduating in 1971 from the University of Canberra. An introduction to underground, lead-zinc-silver mining was followed by work as an exploration geologist in Western Australia, Queensland and the Northern Territory. While working as a staff geologist in Sydney, Graeme studied law part-time at University of Technology, Sydney, and upon graduating in 1991 he joined Ampol Exploration Pty Ltd as a legal counsel moving to Mobil Exploration and Production in Perth, WA. Graeme moved to Gadens Lawyers in Port Moresby in 1997 as Senior Commercial Partner and gained a wide range of experience in Papa New Guinea law, including participation in the drafting of various PNG legislation and providing advice to Government departments.

Graeme has been admitted to practise law in NSW, WA, PNG and NZ and has a current practising certificate in NSW.

Nick Whetter, BSc, MAusIMM

With a focus on remote exploration drilling programs, Nick has 17 years of exploration experience in New Zealand and two years of oil and gas exploration experience in the North Sea, Kazakhstan and the Persian Gulf. Nick has held senior positions in the gold and coal sectors, planning and managing all aspects of intensive helicopter supported drilling programs.

In 2013, Nick founded Azimuth Exploration Ltd. Operating from the company base at Lake Brunner, the consultancy has supplied geological services on coal, mineral sand and petroleum exploration projects. Nick holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Otago and has been a member of the Australasian Institute for Mining and Metallurgy for 6 years.
